Welcome to SvgAnimate Animation Studio ("Service" or "SvgAnimate"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and the updated Terms will take effect immediately upon posting on this page.

2. Service Description

SvgAnimate is an AI-driven vector animation creation platform. We provide:

• AI-powered animation generation tools
• Animation template library and showcase
• Online editing and preview features
• Export to GIF and MP4 formats
• User accounts and creation management

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

You can log in to the Service using WeChat or Google accounts. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete account information
• Maintaining account security and safeguarding login credentials
• Being responsible for all activities under your account
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Restrictions

Each user may only have one account. You may not share or transfer your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Usage Rules

5. Subscriptions, and Refunds

5.1 Subscriptions

Memberships are auto-renewing. You authorize us to charge the displayed amount at your chosen interval (monthly or yearly). You may cancel auto-renewal at any time in your account settings; after cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current term and will not be charged for the next cycle.

5.2 Refund Policy

As SvgAnimate provides immediate access to digital goods and AI compute resources, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws. Please verify your needs before purchasing.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and all content within it (including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, animations, code, etc.) are owned by SvgAnimate or its licensors.

You retain all rights to the animated content you create. We will not publicly display your work unless you choose to make it public.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent our Service or content without our written consent.

7. User Content

You are responsible for content you upload or create. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to post such content and that it does not violate the law or infringe on any third party rights.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms or the law.

8. Disclaimer

While we strive to maintain continuous availability of the service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the service at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

10. Termination

If you violate these Terms (including but not limited to initiating fraudulent chargebacks or disputes), we may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately without prior notice.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked, and we may delete your account information and content, except where the law requires retention.
